Prior to Holzer Specialties
The owner of Holzer Specialties LLC, Mike, performed his first emergency vehicle service in 2006. In 2011, Mike became a PA certified Municipal Police Officer and has worked for 5 agencies of varying sizes in several assignments and ranks since that time. In 2012 and 2013, Mike also worked for Mannion Enterprises LLC, a leading central-PA based emergency vehicle upfitter that was later bought out by a national upfitter. In 2016, Mike became a PA Certified Inspection Mechanic. In 2020, in preparation for opening Holzer Specialties, Mike became a Certified Emergency Vehicle Technician. Additionally, he is a PA certified inspection mechanic.

Holzer Specialties founded in 2020
Holzer Specialties became a Pennsylvania-registered LLC in 2020. Since then we have provided service to municipal police departments and federal law enforcement agencies. Our "specialty" is designing and installing equipment in unmarked and undercover vehicles that need to blend in. However, we do installs, upgrades, and services for marked cars and other vehicles with emergency lighting needs such as construction vehicles, tow trucks, and volunteers.
Tint services were added in 2023 after completing a 3-day hands on class in New York's Long Island with one of the nation's top, and YouTube's most famous, automotive tint professionals.
Holzer Specialties can offer you or your agency fast turnaround times, custom installations into any type/make/model of vehicle, and competitive pricing. These industry below-market prices are achieved through low overhead, lack of allegiance to a single light manufacturer or dealer, and tight scheduling while avoiding overbooking.
